Whoah,,,,,it's been a long long time since I've last blogged and A LOT has happened since June of 2009. Well, we got married and it was amazing. Everything went off without a hitch and the only uncomfortable part was that it was a steaming 108 degrees. Soooo hot! But luckily for us with the help of a fabulous photographer, no one looked sweaty at all in our pictures.
We went to Belize for our honeymoon and had the best time. Richard faked a Jamaican accent the entire trip, and when people asked him where he was from he was honest and said California. The looks we got were pretty hilarious. Of course I was embarrassed.
Thhhheeeennnnn.......there was the baby. We found out we were going to have a sweet little baby in January 2010. What a way to start the new year. I won't lie, when we found out, I cried. Not tears of joy....tears of fear. The baby was due in September. But as September got closer the fear was washed away by joy and excitement. Stella Elizabeth Ann Clark entered the world on August 28, 2010. Big chubby, rosey cheeks. Richard's nose. My eyes. A big bundle of love. Her name is in memory of Richard's mom....Elizabeth Ann.
Can't wait to tell more about the adventures of Dick and the Mrs.
